Rumble L.A. Party tomorrow night @ 3 Clubs

Come join us and our friends at Future Sounds, Stranded in Stereo and BMI tomorrow night at 3 Clubs for the December Rumble L.A. Party!  It’s the last one of the year and it boasts a seriously solid lineup… San Diego’s Tape Deck Mountain, who has been getting plenty o’ blog love lately, will be making the trek up Highway 5 along with fellow Chargers fans The Drowning Men.  Representing L.A., the enamoring All Wrong & the Plans Change will be playing as well as RCRD LBL favorite Evan Voytas. What a way to close out 2009! It’s been a great experience having a hand in presenting the Rumble L.A. parties this past year. We’ve had a lot of fun (sometimes a little too much), witnessed some great performances from artists on the rise and made a lot of new friends. Okay, enough schmaltz, see you tomorrow night!

Thanks to everyone who made it out to The Rumble last night at 3 of Clubs, it was great to see so many familiar faces.  The night was a unique chance to catch some great performances in an intimate (aka; dark, loud, sweaty, great!) setting, from bands who you’ll definitely be hearing more from, particularly Band of Skulls from the UK, whose new album Baby Darling Doll Face Honey (Shangri-La) is sure to make many of this years best-of lists.  For a full recap of the night, head over to Future Sounds.  See you next month…

Future Sounds & RM64 to Rumble in L.A. This Thursday!

If you’re not already onto the monthly Rumble Parties, presented by the always on-the-go folks at Future Sounds (we’re not quite sure when they sleep), that take place in Los Angeles, San Francisco, New York and soon beyond (big things on the way), you now have one less excuse.  We’re excited and humbled by the opportunity to be a part of these monthly shows in L.A. which always feature some of the best emerging artists.  This Thursday, June 4th, the next Rumble L.A. is happening at the 3 of Clubs in Hollywood and it features Band of Skulls, Apteka and French Miami.  Doors are at 8:00PM and this month’s event is FREE, so you’ll have plenty of cash to buy us drinks!  See you there…
