Welcome back and Happy New Year!

New Sunday Night Hang

New Sunday Night Hang

The noise coming out of the Big Apple in the new year is that former Warner Bros. artist and “You’re Beautiful” co-writer, Amanda Ghost, will be assuming a senior executive post at Epic Records. Meanwhile, Sony Music exec Keith Naftaly will step into an A&R position at Jive/RCA Music Group

Be sure to check out ThemTerribles playing at the L.A. Knitting Factory tonight Wed, Jan. 14. They’re on the bill for Mollie Moore’s A&R Knights weekly showcase series that we’re a big fan of… Also on our list of don’t miss for January is The Morning After Girls, the Aussie’s will be playing BMI’s pick of the month Tues, Jan. 27th at NYC’s Mercury Lounge.

Speaking of clubs, stalwart LA club promoter Dayle Gloria has a new Sunday night hang at the Viper Room called Pitcher Perfect Sundays. Free admission, cheap pitcher beer and four bands. You can’t lose… Hit her up: ViperDayle@aol.com
