The noise coming out of the Big Apple in the new year is that former Warner Bros. artist and “You’re Beautiful” co-writer, Amanda Ghost, will be assuming a senior executive post at Epic Records. Meanwhile, Sony Music exec Keith Naftaly will step into an A&R position at Jive/RCA Music Group…
